摘要

Kinetics of spatially uniform distribution of 2D electrons in crossedelectric and magnetic fields in the presence of microwave radiation has beenstudied. In the present model the contribution from the microwave radiation andthe effects of Landau quantization are considered exactly, while scattering istreated perturbatively. Here Landau--Floquet states interact with the impuritypotential that causes transitions between them. The linear response of anon-equilibrium system to a weak measurement field has been considered for thecase when the non-equilibrium state of the carriers can be described by theaverage values of the total energy and the number of particles.
